WOD (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

6′ AMRAP

8 lunges

10 burpees

Deadlift (build to heavy single
5-3-1-1-1)

this is NOT a 1 REP MAX. we will test a new 1 rep in 2 weeks. this should be a heavy single with more left in the tank so you can have an idea of what to aim for when we test!
