10 side lunges

1′ couch stretch / lizard/ pigeon

WOD (AMRAP – Reps)

4 rounds for max reps of:

1:00 bike cals

1:00 double unders

2:00 rest

Bench Press (4 x 10)

finisher with dumbbells – bench or floor, athlete’s choice
